The Redsms text messaging system automatically applies “suppression” of numbers that do not wish to receive text messages, this can be a standard list or be defined by the organisation to screen numbers before the message is sent.
The system also automatically adds in an opt-out reply path to any text sent to ensure recipients have the option to opt out of future communications. This can be disabled when not needed, for example a customer services notification or an internal communication.
